Purchasing & Originals
Are original works one of a kind?
Yes. All original paintings are one-of-one works. Once sold, the piece will not be reproduced in the same physical format.
Do originals include a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Each original includes a signed certificate of authenticity with the title, medium, dimensions, and year of completion.
Can I request additional images before purchasing?
Yes. If you’d like close-ups, detail views, or scale references, contact me with the artwork title and I’ll provide additional images when available.
Shipping & Delivery
How are artworks packaged and shipped?
Original works are professionally packaged using art-safe materials to ensure secure delivery. Tracking is provided once the work ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping is available. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, contact me within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging materials so the issue can be resolved quickly.
Prints, Digital & Returns
What is the difference between prints and digital works?
Prints are physical reproductions shipped to you. Digital works are downloadable files delivered after purchase for personal use.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales of originals are final. Prints and digital works are also final unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Commissions
Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions each year, primarily portraits and legacy pieces. Details are available on the commissions page.
How long do commissions take?
Most commissions are completed within 3–6 weeks from deposit, depending on scope and complexity.
